Growth is a natural phenomenon of every living species and organizations are no exception to it. Decaying starts whenever growth stops. Without growth there is no life. Junior Chamber trains all of us to work in systematic way and improve our leadership and career skills. Only growth in membership can ensure the existence of the Organization. Also the success of leadership will be measured by the growth in their area. Success is determined in relation to the goals we set. Until we know our goal, our actions are likely to loose direction. This can be achieved by induction of new members and extension.
