Thousands of people benefit each year from the community project conducted by IJC members who learn to develop an interest in finding solutions to community problems. Through actual experience, a Jaycee member develops sensitivity to social problems and provides solutions to the challenges faced by the community. For the past twelve years, Junior Chamber members have united to conduct programmes under the IJC banner developing sensitivity to social problems and providing solutions to the challenges faced by the community.
