When JCI President 2020 Jc Itai Manyere took over, he gave the
beautiful theme for the year "BRIDGE THE GAP". This is one of the
powerful themes. But if we go deeper into it to understand, than it has got
vast meaning. Once we start working on it, we can definitely achieve the
impossible things during the course of the year. It is basically connecting
each of the dots which can certainly help in Bridging the Gap and ultimately
helps you in achieving your desired goals.
As a member of our organization, As a leader of our organization, it
is our responsibility to ensure that we Bridge the Gap in terms of doing not only
the worthy projects, but also creating the Impact in the community, help us in
enhancing the Image and Brand value of our organization, Bridge the Gap in
terms of Membership Development by doing sustainable projects which helps
members to involve, to learn new aspects of life, to understand management,
decision making and communication skills. Bridge the Gap in terms of Resource
mobilization as that is the biggest challenge and also the biggest opportunity for each and every LOM.It
is our responsibility as a leader to ensure that funds are raised, networking
is developed, all the resources are explored and utilized to its best potential
and through, our LOMs will become self-sufficient. Bridge the Gap in terms of
generating positive thoughts and ideas for the betterment of our organization
as more the positive thoughts and creative, better will be the standard of
quality of our meetings, our events, our projects and that will certainly help
us in Bridging the Gap.
Have a wonderful year of 2020 and let us together to create
unlimited memories so that we can cherish all those golden moments altogether.
